timely manner. As fellow guitar players we realize
everyone has different likes and dislikes when it comes
to their guitars and amps. We understand what sounds
great on one type of guitar may sound completely
different on another and can make online purchasing
challenging. So we offer the following customer
satisfaction guarantee.

fails to meet your expectations simply return it
postage prepaid within 30 days of shipment for a
complete refund (less shipping & handling).

We warranty the
AMPUPLUGNPLAY
against defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days
from the date of shipment. Simply return it postage
prepaid and we will replace it free of charge.
Returns and Warranty
Policy:
Merchandise must be returned in like new condition with
original product packaging within 30 days from the
original date of shipment from
AMPUPLUGNPLAY.
No refunds will be issued on any merchandise found to be
misused. All merchandise must be returned postage or
shipping prepaid. Refunds will be for the original
purchase price less shipping and handling.
All returns must be
accompanied by a properly completed Return Authorization
Form to receive the applicable credit.
